Dream Standup
Recurring on-site dreamwork for organizations holding decisions no one else understands.
A 90-minute session where founders, leadership teams, and business partners come back to a common pulse — the alignment that doesn't require more meetings, more thinking, or more of the time you don't have. For people whose calendars are already maxed and who need common ground again. What the body knows, before the mind catches up.

What we work with
Dream material is the ground of this work — applied to the living organism of a company. This isn't team-building or a leadership offsite. The team that's ready for this work is the team willing to bring its dreams into the room.
Dream Standups happen Monday evenings at 5:00 PM — end-of-day timing, so the team goes home and the work begins to generate new ideas, inspiration, and natural collaboration that requires less effort for momentum.

Common questions
Is this therapy?
No. Dream Standup is facilitation and consultation, not individual therapy. Employees who want clinical work after experiencing a Dream Standup are referred to qualified clinicians, to maintain professional boundaries.
Do we need to document our dreams?
Yes — at least, the team needs to be willing to. Once invited, dreams tend to come. We provide a simple capture practice that begins two weeks before the first session: The Dream Workbook, voice notes spoken into your phone before fully waking, or a notebook by the bed.
Memory is not reliable. We work only with what's documented — the words written or recorded in the moment. Going back to what you captured, not what you remember, is part of the practice.
What if my team is skeptical?
Leadership teams that work well with Dream Standup are often the most skeptical at first. Skepticism is a sign of intelligence — and what Jungian oriented dreamwork tends to land hardest with. We start with what's grounded.
